Custom Website Rebuild

Troy Gaito · Safety Harbor, FL · 27 years strong

Your current site is a generic three-services page. The strategy is split: closets are the growth engine, kitchens are the 27-year foundation. The new site leads with that split, puts Troy front and center, and replaces price-led calls-to-action with quality-led ones to match the Brand OS we already built together.

Why this rebuild

What the current site is missing

A quick audit of quality-cab.com, scored against the Brand OS we documented for Quality Cabinet.

  • The hero is generic. "Elevate your home's style with custom-designed cabinets, refacing and closets" doesn't lead with Troy and doesn't lead with closets-as-growth-engine.
  • The primary call-to-action is "Schedule Your FREE Estimate." The Brand OS explicitly lists "free estimate," "40% off," and "discount" as words to avoid. You're competing on quality, not price.
  • Three service categories are flat-bunched. No split-strategy entry path for closets versus kitchens, even though closets do ten-times the margin and are where the company is growing fastest.
  • Troy isn't anchoring the page. The strategy says the brand is Troy. The current site doesn't reflect that visually or in voice.
  • Solid foundation, though. Portfolio, testimonials, financing, phone-tap call-to-call, Instagram and Facebook all in place. We're rebuilding on top of a working base, not from zero.
